GCA MONTHLY MEETING (MARCH 7th, 2026)
The meeting opened with prayer by Brother Mark, followed by the President welcoming members and thanking the executive leadership. Updates were provided on the land registration process, noting that outstanding payments are being finalized and the official documentation and stamp are ready while awaiting final registration. Members discussed next steps, including securing the land with a wall or small structure and raising additional funds. Plans for an end-of-year gala were also reviewed, with possible venues including Ring Garden and King Solomon Gardens while costs and logistics are still being considered. A demonstration of the new website was presented, showing features developed from member survey feedback, including membership registration and automated confirmation emails. Suggestions were made to add a map, a flag, and consider a small maintenance fee for realtors. The Black Agenda group also delivered a presentation outlining concerns involving the Coalition, followed by a question-and-answer session. The meeting concluded with participation from leaders of other associations, with 15 members attending in person and 43 online on March 7, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
